Manager Michael J. Cox Announces Possible West Coast Invasion

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Michael J. Cox, manager of Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys, announced today his intentions to proceed with promotional endeavors on the United States' west coast.

However, there is still much to be considered before proceeding with the plans, namely finances and label support.

Kiki Forresstt Announces Realignment within Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Kiki Forresstt, of Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys, announced today his decision for realignment within Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys.

Accordingly, Tim Chad is to replace Miami on drums and Todd Glockenspiel is to replace Rosemary Jane on bass guitar. Patti Korgan and Prometheus Keltner have been recruited in order to broaden the group's sound, with Patti on steel guitar and organs, and Prometheus on electric lead guitar.

Jane is now to play acoustic guitar and bongos; Forresstt and Bodean are to experience no changes.

Black Label Empire Announces Summer Tour

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Black Label Empire announced today its first world tour with Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys and Communist. Both artists will be touring the United States collectively, yet Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys will also be making appearances in the United Kingdom.

As per Black Label Empire policy, promotional Compact Disc's from both artists will be made complimentary at all performances.

Michael J. Cox Announces Promotional Trip to United Kingdom

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Michael J. Cox, manager of Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys, announced today his intention to tour the United Kingdom later this year in an effort to begin promoting the group overseas.

It has not been determined how this will affect the group's presence in the states.

Bodean and Forresstt to Collaborate with Brian Kotzur Band's "Matt X"

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

It was announced today that Andy Bodean and Kiki Forresstt, of Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys, are to collaborate with Matt Robison (a.k.a. "Matt X"), the frontman of the Brian Kotzur Band. The project is to be of a vocal, folk nature, much like the work of The Kingston Trio.

Tentatively, the project is being referred to as "Abraham, Martin & John: Part Deux."

Rosemary Haskins to Fill Void left by Russell Wright in Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Rosemary Haskins has been selected to fill the void left by bassist Russell Wright in Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys. Mrs. Haskins is a full-time student, but aims to make this endeavor a top priority.

This could not have happened at a more opportune time, as the group is scheduled to perform in Nebraska in late March and early April.

Russell Wright Announces Departure from Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Russell Wright (a.k.a. "Luther Vandross") announced today his departure from Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys. The bassist from Louisville wishes to further his studies in jazz music.

"This has nothing to do with any personal differences we as a band share," notes Mr. Wright. "Jazz has and always will be my first love."

At present, Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys has not decided what or who will replace Mr. Wright's position in the group. They are scheduled to perform at Old Time Picking Parlor on January 24.

Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys to play Nashville New Music Conference

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Michael J. Cox, manager of Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys, announced today the group's acceptance to perform in the Nashville New Music Conference (a.k.a. "2NMC") to take place on October 11, 2001. The vocal quartet from Murfreesboro will be performing at Exit/In of Nashville and will be following Pat DiNizio of The Smithereens.

Los Studios de Fairfax Opens for Business

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys announced today the opening of its privately-owned rehearsal facility, Los Studios de Fairfax. The facility, which is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, will feature a sixteen-track digital recording device to be used for the documenting of the group's rehearsals.

New Release by Black Label Empire

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Black Label Empire announced the release of Andy Bodean and the Bottom Boys' debut EP, "Best When Played Loud." The EP is to feature four original compositions, with four more to be added later in the year.

This is to be the first release by Black Label Empire, a label that has, in recent months, been praised for its refusal to endorse a corporate America.
